From Leisure World Gate #3- (Moulton Parkway)-  Take Moulton Parkway north  to El Toro Road ; Turn Right, after one block turn left on Regional Center Drive. (The Laguna Hill Civic Center is on the left-hand side).

 From I-5 Freeway (Northbound Lanes)-  Take EL Toro Road exit; Turn left on El Toro Road; travel west (towards ocean) just past Avenida Carlota.  Turn right on Regional Center Drive. (The Laguna Hill Civic Center is on the left-hand side).

From I-5 Freeway (Southbound Lanes)-  Take EL Toro Road exit; Turn left onto Avenida Carlota; then right after one block on El Toro Road;  Turn right on Regional Center Drive. (The Laguna Hill Civic Center is on the left-hand side).

 From Newport Beach Area-  (Take I-405 to I-5 South - See Above) or Take the 73 toll road South to El Toro Road exit.  Travel EAST until you reach the Laguna Hills Mall.  Turn left on Regional Center Drive. (The Laguna Hill Civic Center is on the left-hand side).
